Can I cancel anytime?​

Cancellation Policy - A member of The Academy who selects the 12-month payment plan can cancel their membership within the first 72 hours of enrollment, subject to a $50 cancellation fee. After the 72-hour period, the fee for cancellation will be the total remaining balance of their membership. All Lifetime Academy Memberships or Pay in Full Academy Memberships are final sales and cannot be cancelled.

How often am I billed?

Billing Policy - The Academy’s billing system is fully automated, so we cannot freeze, skip, or modify the billing cycle for any members. Members who select the 12-month payment plan will be automatically billed every 30 days starting from the date of enrollment for 12 months. Those who opt for the Pay in Full or Lifetime Membership options will be charged once, immediately upon signing up.

Can I extend a membership?

Plan Extension Policy - Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the duration of your membership with The Academy. This policy has no exceptions, as our platform automates access time, and we do not have the capability to adjust it.

Does this membership renew?​

Plan Expiration Policy - When your membership with The Academy expires, your access will automatically end without any action or contact required on your part. None of the plans are set to auto-renew. However, if you'd like to continue accessing the courses, you will have the option to restart your membership at the end of your current cycle.

Can I share my login?​

Content Privacy Policy - All purchases of The Academy content, including individual workshops and memberships, are for the sole use of the purchaser and cannot be shared with others. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited. We actively monitor IP addresses, login history, location, and profile activity for any suspected violations of this policy.
